1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 99x09 platform and its users. 99x09 is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in Bangladesh and international markets.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and general international digital service standards. When you create an account on 99x09, log in, or use any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the final and authoritative version.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the 99x09 platform and use any betting or gaming service. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one 99x09 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all winnings, including bonuses, will be forfeited.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information risks account closure and forfeiture of balance. The mobile number or email address provided at registration will be used for future communication and payment verification.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Online betting may be legally prohibited in certain countries or regions. Do not use 99x09 from any region where receiving such services is contrary to law. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the laws of your region.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activities conducted from your account, unless it is proven that unauthorized access occurred and you notified 99x09 promptly.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• After logging in from a public or shared device, always end your session.
• Never allow others to use your account — account transfer is prohibited.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

In the event of an account hack or unauthorized access, 99x09 will conduct a proper investigation; however, it cannot guarantee that transactions carried out before the incident will be reversed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

99x09 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, applicable to each method.

You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit. Deposits from another person's account are prohibited, and any such transaction identified will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Time

The same methods apply for withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Approval

Before approving a withdrawal request, 99x09 will verify the following:

• Whether the account's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has been completed.
• Whether bonus wagering requirements have been met (where applicable).
• That there is no suspicious activity.
• That there are no signs of multiple accounts or fraud.

If additional documents are required during the verification process, 99x09 will inform you and the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended in the meantime.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at 99x09, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200 for a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳34,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 for a total of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in total bets must be placed before withdrawing funds earned from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus may only be used in the account to which it was granted; it is not transferable.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active, unless 99x09 expressly permits it.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Misuse of bonuses or any attempt to meet wagering requirements through artificial means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 99x09 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, 99x09 may offer various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be detailed on the offer page. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless it was processed incorrectly due to a technical error. 99x09 makes every effort to provide accurate information; however, it reserves the right to void bets that are clearly erroneous (Palpable Error) due to mistakes in match results, odds, or market information.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the ability to bet on international cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, including Bangladeshi sports. The rules for accepting and settling bets depend on the rules of the relevant sport.

6.3 Casino & Live Games

Casino games (slots, live dealer, fishing games, etc.) are operated according to the rules of the respective game provider. Game results are determined through an RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer process. The RTP (Return to Player) and rules for each game can be viewed within the game.

6.4 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a result, game logs and server data will be considered the final evidence. The deadline for submitting a complaint is within 72 hours of the incident.

7 VIP Program

The 99x09 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback and various benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular and active participation. Cashback is processed every Monday. 99x09 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and users will be notified in advance of any changes.

8 Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99x09 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing the bonus system or promotions ("Bonus Abuse").
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated tools.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Fixing or coordinating fraud in casino or sports betting.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and winnings will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Loss caused by the leaking of your account login details as a result of your own negligence.
• Any legal issues arising from online betting not being lawful in your region.

99x09 reserves the right to correct any bets or transactions that were processed incorrectly due to a technical error.

12 Service Suspension & Account Closure

12.1 By the Platform

99x09 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions or prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Long-term inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

12.2 By the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance (excluding bonuses), provided the wagering requirements have been met.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

99x09 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or through the site. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
